Small Session Yoga

Small Session Yoga runs regularly from September to May, with occasional pop-up sessions during the summer months of June, July and August. Class offerings are announced on my Facebook page. You can link to my Facebook page from this website. If you are interested in participating in a session, please email jennamooneydc@gmail.com or call 978-855-6350. Be sure to include your name, email and best contact number for confirmation of participation. Classes are limited to four participants; you can create a group or register individually.

Focus subjects include: 

  • Yoga for Low Back and Hip Health

  • Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Health

  • Yoga for a Healthy Spine

  • Yoga Alignment for Your Body

  • Vinyasa Breakdown

  • Freestyle Class ~ A 60-minute yoga class as would be presented in a studio

Small Session Yoga:

60-Minute Classes
4 consecutive weeks
$125.00

You must commit to all four classes and payment is collected before the session begins. There are no refunds for missed classes. Life can get in the way unexpectedly sometimes, but please understand before committing to the group that there will be no refunds for classes missed and make-up classes are not possible. If you have signed up for a session and can not attend the four classes as intended, please email or call no later than one week before the session begins for a full refund.
