I have a passion for helping people feel better in their body. The combination of chiropractic care and a structured support routine is a wonderful solution to a myriad of injuries, recurrent-acute complaints, and chronic issues. I have developed good working relationship with a wide network of excellent colleagues in the field of alternative medicine and adjudicative therapies. Your physical wellbeing is my primary concern. Let me help you get out of pain, feel mobile, and keep you active in the things you love.
My yoga classes are created around the health of your spine and joint structure. As you move through the postures in class, I will provide you with specific cues to ensure your whole body benefits. Classes are rooted in my learning from Embodyoga and Katonah Yoga training. All of my classes have a drop-in option. Click here to see my class schedule. If you are not comfortable with beginning your yoga journey in a class setting, a private yoga session or a series of sessions may be a helpful for you.
